keny&#233;r&#233;lm&#233;nyt ad. K&#237;v&#252;l ropog, bel&#252;l puha. Nincs benne glut&#233;n, nincs benne &#233;leszt&#337;, &#233;s nem kell hozz&#225; dagaszt&#243;g&#233;p sem. </p><p>Ez az a recept&#250;ra, ami alapj&#225;n hetente megs&#252;t&#246;m ezt a csod&#225;t. &#201;s a legdurv&#225;bb benne, hogy <strong>egyetlen hozz&#225;val&#243; kell csak hozz&#225;:</strong> a hajdina. L&#233;p&#233;sr&#337;l l&#233;p&#233;sre mutatom meg neked, hogyan k&#233;sz&#237;tsd el te is otthon, nagyon k&#246;nnyen &#233;s gyorsan.</p><p>N&#233;h&#225;ny technikai inform&#225;ci&#243;: a kenyeret h&#369;t&#337;ben max. 1 h&#233;tig tudod t&#225;rolni, fagyaszt&#243;ban pedig max. 3 h&#243;nap <em>(szeletelve fagyaszd!) </em>Ha t&#250;l sok&#225;ig erjed, er&#337;s, kellemetlen szagot kaphat (t&#250;lkelt, t&#250;l savany&#250; lett). Figyeld az illat&#225;t, &#233;s csak akkor s&#252;sd meg, ha kellemesen savanyk&#225;s.</p><p>Az extra keny&#233;r&#233;lm&#233;ny&#233;rt a lenti recept hozz&#225;val&#243;inak mennyis&#233;g&#233;t megszoktam dupl&#225;zni. &#205;gy egy sokkal nagyobb, vaskosabb vekni s&#252;thet&#337;.
